Refunds/Returns
There will be NO returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items unless an error has been made with your order. We recommend that you review and confirm that the order is correct during the pickup/delivery exchange. If an error has been made, you must notify us at that time. We will try our best to remedy the situation, but there is no guarantee. Any attempts to return/refund/exchange perishable items after the initial exchange will not be honored. Should you not like one of the products, we hope that you enjoy our other recipes!

Delivery/Pick Up
Mimi's Cookies is a small local business. In our effort to provide our customers with impeccable quality and a memorable experience, there may be periods where pickup and delivery timelines can take up to 14 days based on product availability. Average pickup and delivery times are 7 days for the Greater Nashville Area.
We charge a $10 delivery fee for all orders in Nashville, anything beyond the Nashville vicinity (10 miles from baking address: 975 Main St #4, Nashville, TN 37206) will be an additional $1.50/mile from the company’s kitchen address.
Pick-up orders are free and must also be coordinated.
Before finalizing your order, please contact us for a more official delivery/pick-up time status. A member of our team will follow up with you regardless to set a time and day to work with both parties.
